Account Director Europe – Global Automotive OEM Software & Technology Provider
£75,000 - £100,000 basic per annum, plus benefits. Remote within European travel.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* OEM Client Engagement: Become the face of the company for your European client base, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored Customer Success Strategies for each client.
* Consultative Advice: Advise clients on best practices for implementing the company's products to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborative Work: Engage in multi-agency and strategic meetings, working closely with colleagues to drive results.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and developing OEM client relationships in a customer success environment.
* Industry Insight: Significant experience within the OEM industry or software and technology into the space.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
