Our aim is to deliver a robust platform that enables Machine Learning and analytics to drive indemnity savings, efficiency benefits, and improved customer outcomes. What you'll be doing:
1. Design, build, and deploy data systems, pipelines, and applications, and maintain current data pipelines.
2. Ingest data from various sources, including relational databases and unstructured data such as text documents.
3. Operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment while remaining compliant with Information Security policies and Data Governance standards.
4. Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to prepare data for advanced analytical models.
5. Work closely with the business on problem scoping, infrastructure provisioning, execution, deployment, and maintenance to build detailed knowledge of AXA data sources.
6. Transform existing platforms and pipelines to enable faster operations, implementing advanced orchestration (DAGs), data quality checks, catalogues, CI/CD, and DataOps.
7. Design reusable code and data assets using Software Engineering best practices and frameworks.
8. Build market-leading data engineering solutions and assist in developing our cloud-based data assets for decision-making.
