Housing Litigation Solicitor/Associate | Lancashire | Up to £55,000

The Opportunity
As part of this highly respected team, you will take ownership of your own caseload, with support from Paralegals, while working closely with Partners and experienced Solicitors.
For those interested in business development, there are opportunities to expand the firm’s existing client base and build new relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a high-quality litigation caseload
* Handling cases involving but not limited to anti-social behaviour, interim possession orders, civil injunctions, and housing conditions
* Attending and conducting hearings, including injunction applications, committal hearings, and case management hearings
* Providing strategic and practical advice to clients
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members, where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
* NQ-4 years PQE with proven experience in housing litigation
* Demonstrable advocacy experience in courts or tribunals is desirable, with a willingness to travel throughout England
* Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Courts is advantageous but not essential
* Technically proficient with the ability to manage cases independently
* Enthusiastic about business development and client engagement
