The Role With full P&L responsibility you will drive our strategic, dealer and wholesale partner markets leading a team of over 80 people with revenues of over £45m. A strong SLT team, new offices and full Microsoft Dynamics operations and management platform, the business is perfectly set for continued growth! Key Responsibilities To drive initiatives to ensure the business achieves and exceeds its EBITDA budget which will encompass Headcount, Annual Salary Budget, Promotions, Recruitment, Staff Commission/Bonus Payments, Partner Commissions, Supplier Payments, Expenses, & HR Disciplinaries. To manage senior leadership and departmental heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence. To be the final escalation point for Customer Complaints, Partner Issues, Credit Control, & Credit Checks. To oversee the delivery of company policies, procedures, and legal governance along with establishing relationships with internal stakeholders, key customers/partners, and suppliers. You will play a key role in the integration of acquired businesses and customer bases in line with valuation model. To collate and complete the Indirect monthly board report along with chairing the board meeting. You will also represent the company at public events/conferences. Skills & Experience Experience managing complex, multi-departmental organisations. Industry experience within telecoms and managed IT Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
