An exciting opportunity has arisen for a career minded individual to work for this dynamic and forward thinking company.
Day to day you will be:
* Dealing with business customers, understanding their needs and resolving complaints/issues with the service levels
* Updating the internal CRM system and researching the customer
* Arranging for the field executive to visit the customer in person should you not be able to resolve over the phone

Starting salary of ca. £27000. This is an office based role. 8:30am-5:00pm in Wrexham.
