Role overview
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. The ideal candidate maintains meticulous cleaning standards while interacting with members and balancing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all policies and procedures in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
* Adhere to and maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
* Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
* Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment are safe to use.
* Maintain the gym facility at the highest standard of cleanliness.
* Ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
* Always deliver outstanding member service.
* Participate in colleague training videos to help deliver exceptional standards across the group.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
* Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
* Passion for exceeding expectations.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
* Effective communication skills and approachable to members and staff.
