We are seeking chefs of all levels to work on Matchdays and events on an ad hoc basis.

* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
* Assist in menu planning and recipe development, bringing innovative ideas to the table
* Manage food inventory and minimise waste
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff (for higher-level positions)
* Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes
* Adapt to changing needs and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a chef, with level of experience commensurate with the position
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods
* Excellent understanding of various cuisines and current food trends
* Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
* Food safety awareness
* Outstanding time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergens
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, predominantly weekends and evenings.
