* Multi-Skilled Trades Operative (Electricians, Joiners, Plumbers, Plasterers, Painters and Decorators)
* Mobile role, based throughout (or in) Cumbria
* Up to £39,608 per annum (Dependent on Core Trade Skill) + Additional pay for Overtime, Stand-By, Call Outs
* Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days)
* Pension scheme: up to 8% employer contribution

Your Role:
* Perform repairs and maintenance on tenanted and vacant properties.
* Ensure high standards of work and safety.
* Work with other trades and contractors.
* Record completed work and materials used. • Respond to emergency job requests.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade skill (electrician, joiner, plumber, plasterer).
* Experience in property repairs.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
