Role Overview
You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will attentively learn about our products to assist customers effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Handle sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with processing deliveries and stock replenishment.
5. Maintain shop floor and back of house tidiness.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience
1. Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

4. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
