Our client is a well-established manufacturing business in Co Antrim who now have a new opening for a Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee shop floor operations to ensure the business operates to agreed standards and procedures.
* Manage and develop the team to ensure continuous adherence to production and efficiency targets.
* Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
* Report KPI information.
* Maintain quality and health and safety standards.
Criteria:
* Proven supervisory experience in a production environment.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Previous experience of continuous improvement is highly desirable.
