Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct pre-birth assessments, child protection work, and manage complex child-in-need cases.
2. Handle Public Law Outline (PLO)/Pre-Proceedings cases, demonstrating high standards in preparing court statements and assessments.
3. Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues, supporting the team manager in fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
4. Uphold professionalism at all times, ensuring that the lived experiences of children are central to service delivery, and contribute to ongoing improvements in quality and performance.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of five years of professional references.
2. Verified gaps in employment history.
3. Current Child & Adult Workforce DBS.
