About the Role
My client, the Anne Frank Trust UK, is at an exciting point in their journey. With a new CEO starting in September, multi-year funding secured, and a team rebuild underway, they are seeking a passionate Trusts and Grants Fundraising Manager to lead income generation from charitable trusts and foundations.
This role is ideal for:
* An ambitious fundraiser ready to step into their first management role
* An experienced fundraiser seeking flexibility and purpose – such as a 4-day week
You will manage a growing portfolio of funders, craft compelling proposals and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align funding with programme delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a mission-led, supportive, and ambitious organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Secure five- and six-figure grants from trusts, foundations, and philanthropic partners
* Maintain and develop a pipeline of prospects and stewardship activities
* Collaborate with education, operations, and finance teams
* Oversee reporting, proposals, and relationship management with funders
* Support events, campaigns, and broader income strategies where relevant

Applicants who are:
* Confident writers with experience in trusts and grants fundraising
* Strategic thinkers with knowledge of the UK funding landscape
* Collaborative team players with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Open to learning and growth in a dynamic environment
* Passionate about challenging prejudice and promoting inclusion
