Intake Team Leader – Stowmarket
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive leader to head up our Grain Intake operation at our Stowmarket site.
You’ll lead the Intake team to ensure raw materials are received, tested and stored safely and efficiently. From quality, food safety and hygiene standards to stock accuracy, planning and team performance, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and on schedule.
This role suits someone who:
1. Leads from the front and supports their team to achieve targets
2. Has strong health & safety and quality awareness
3. Communicates clearly and works well across departments
4. Stays organised, solution-focused and calm under pressure
