You will have experience of negotiating and managing contracts with 3PLs, managing distribution budgets and shipments. Skills 3 years’ experience in a Logistics Management role within the fashion industry Exceptional communication skills Uses own initiative and has a proactive approach Excellent organisation skills and can prioritise workloads successfully to work to tight deadlines Problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail. Approachable personality with good interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint), iWork (Keynote) and Google Docs. Achievement of logistics based KPI’s and a demonstrable background of inspirational and collaborative leadership Key Duties/Responsibilities: Liaise with Inbound on arrival of stock and manage warehouses to ensure on time delivery Manage internal queries regarding the status of stock & Seasonal deliveries. Providing in-depth daily & weekly outbound status reports to senior management Monitor & resolve any system discrepancy Management of shipments according to customer requirements. Management of both UK & European 3PLs Ensuring our 3PLs are adhering to relevant SLA’s, continuously measuring performance and address when needed Driving continuous improvements through our warehouse and transport operations, be a key contact for all internal and external customers Establish and maintain communication with customers regarding updates and delays Lead weekly updates with Sales Team reviewing delivery schedules across all customers Implementation of steps to avoid delays and quality issues. Reviewing freight costs and transportation rates to ensure shipments arrive the most cost-effective way. Overseeing supplier invoices Negotiating & Managing contracts with 3PL’s Ensuring stock accuracy at our 3PL’s Management of distribution budget Ensuring customer purchase orders are correct. Ensure the Logistics department is adhering to the business's critical path. Management of stock inventory across the business to ensure stock levels are correct.
