Role Overview:
As a Cleaning Operative, you'll be essential in ensuring that our showhouses and sales centers always look their absolute best. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards will ensure that every surface sparkles and every corner is dust-free.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spotless Spaces: Thoroughly clean showhouses and sales centers, including polishing and wiping down surfaces to remove fingerprints and marks.
* Attention to Detail: Dust, vacuum, and refresh the spaces to maintain a welcoming environment between openings.
* Reliable Service: Maintain high standards of cleanliness to ensure our properties are always ready for potential buyers and clients.
Requirements:
* Own Transportation: Must have your own car to travel between properties.
* Flexible Availability: Commit to working 10 hours per week, with potential for additional hours in other areas.
* Equipment Provided: All cleaning equipment will be provided for you.
Perks & Compensation:
* Competitive Pay: £13.00 per hour.
* Scheduled Flexibility: Work on Mondays (5Hrs) and Fridays (5Hrs) between 7am-5pm, with opportunities for additional hours based on need and availability.
