American Express Global Recruitment Operations is a key function within Colleague Servicing, responsible for program oversight to the end-to-end recruitment function, delivering and providing service in the areas of Background Verification, I-9 Administration, Post-Offer administration, recruiter, leader and applicant servicing, compliance and governance. Within the servicing space, the Recruitment Operations Specialist - EMEA will join a team of SMEs across the EMEA region who are responsible for providing subject matter expertise on a broad range of administrative and operational support that is critical to the candidate and/or colleague experience and life cycle.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Provide a broad range of administrative and operation support that is critical to the candidate and/or colleague experience & life cycle. May include support related to:

1. Assist with ensuring a seamless post-offer & onboarding experience for candidates, Hiring Leaders & Recruiters
2. Offer & Contract Process for EMEA markets with a primary focus on France
3. Pre-hire & onboarding activities (i.e initiating background verification, initiating onboarding process, Day 1 support) to both candidate & hiring leaders
4. Non-requisition related administrative tasks (i.e contract addendums and amendments)
5. Identify changes related to offer process and policy documentation as required, including standard forms and email templates
6. Provide timely updates to internal & external stakeholders as required
7. Ensure data integrity and compliance in all activities
8. Scanning and uploading supporting documentation, and maintaining digital data in a compliant and timely manner
9. Monitor emails and shared mailboxes utilising additional identified tools to support timely responses or escalations as required
10. Support Recruitment Operations activities in other EMEA locations as needed
11. Referral Payout Administration activities for EMEA 
12. Contribute to CEG projects of interest

Minimum Qualifications

13. Fluency in French and English
14. Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners
15. Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
16. Excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to problem solve
17. Ability to perform administrative activities (e.g. document management)
18. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

19. Additional fluency in Italian or Spanish advantageous
20. Preferred experience in Recruitment Operations administration, HR administration, and/or high-volume administrative activities
21. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
22. Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo
