About the Role We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to work in specialist settings across Blandford Forum. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, with flexibility for an earlier start and the option of part-time hours for the right candidate. The role involves working with students aged 3 to 19, across both primary and secondary levels, who require additional support due to social, emotional, and mental health needs. The Ideal Candidate You will be an experienced or newly qualified teacher who has a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners. You’ll need excellent behaviour management skills, a flexible teaching style, and a calm, compassionate approach. Experience with SEN, trauma-informed practice, or SEMH is highly desirable, but most important is your commitment to inclusion and emotional development.
