This role sits at the centre of the group finance function, working closely with an experienced CFO and senior stakeholders. It offers a blend of financial control, commercial insight, and direct involvement in acquisitions and integration. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the finance function as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead group financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation
2. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and private equity reporting requirements
3. Maintain and develop a robust financial controls framework across a multi-entity structure
4. Manage audit processes and external advisor relationships
5. Produce high-quality board and investor reporting
6. Lead financial integration of newly acquired businesses, aligning systems and processes
