Coordinating learning initiatives that strengthen skills and engagement across the organisation Managing the training calendar, resources, and logistics for learning initiatives including e-learning Supporting digital tools and systems to track progress and outcomes Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a training or people development role (CIPD 3 preferred but NOT essential) Strong organisational and communication skills Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, e-learning and reporting tools A collaborative, proactive, adaptable approach This is a full-time, permanent role and will require travel between hotels.
