As a Hire Supervisor at Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire, you'll help lead the way - motivating and organising your team to hit branch goals and deliver top-notch service. Working closely with the Hire Manager, you’ll play a key role in making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Based in one of our larger branches, you’ll be part of a hardworking team that pulls together to get the job done and keep our customers coming back.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting your team to meet (and hopefully exceed!) hire sales targets and KPIs
2. Working closely with the Hire Manager to build strong customer relationships and promote our hire and sales services with warmth and professionalism
3. Making sure everyone stays safe by keeping up with health & safety guidelines and addressing any concerns quickly
4. Staying on top of reports, stock checks, and audits - helping things stay organised and on track
5. Pitching in with whatever needs doing to keep the branch running smoothly and the team feeling supported
