Job Title: Fully Qualified Tutor / Teacher
Location: Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 per hour
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons and tutoring sessions to students
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their learning
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Fully qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Experience in teaching or tutoring in the relevant subject area
* Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Adaptability and flexibility in teaching approaches
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
