Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Multi Skills - Construction to join our forward‑thinking team. Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Delivering and managing high‑quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in multi‑skills construction.
* Contributing to curriculum design, development, and quality improvement to meet industry standards and enhance student outcomes.
* Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression while offering targeted guidance and support.
* Using digital and face‑to‑face teaching tools effectively to support learning and success.
* Engaging in professional development, research, and sharing knowledge to contribute to the academic community.
