Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring a team of mechanical and electronic engineers Managing multiple design projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Creating detailed designs using SolidWorks Conducting feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and validation of new and existing designs Collaborating with production, software, quality, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless integration Staying current with industry standards and ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting progress to senior stakeholdersRequired Experience: 3-5 years experience within mechanical design Proven experience in bespoke machine design and project delivery Exposure to injection mould and tool desng Experience using Solidworks Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsAdditional Info: Rate: £35.00-40.00 per hour Predominately office based / 1-2 days from home Start Date: ASAP Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
