We are currently partnering with a luxury fine jewellery brand to recruit a Client Experience & Relationship Manager based within one of London’s most prestigious luxury destinations.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly connected luxury professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality, VIP relations, private client management, or concierge services.
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with an established network across UHNW circles including:
* Luxury concierges
* Yacht brokers
* Private aviation
* Luxury estates & property networks
* Private members clubs
* International luxury clientele
The role will focus on delivering an elevated and highly personalised client experience while acting as a true ambassador for the brand both in London and internationally.
The position involves regular travel to key luxury destinations including Monaco, St Tropez, and other international luxury hubs.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Exceptionally polished and service driven
* Well connected within the luxury ecosystem
* Experienced with UHNW clientele
* Passionate about luxury lifestyle, jewellery, hospitality, and relationship management
* Comfortable representing a brand at exclusive events and private appointments internationally
