Responsibilities
* Provide roadside assistance as a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, diagnosing faults, and performing appropriate fixes on site.
* Manage your own kit and keep the RAC van stocked; complete accurate reports.
* Support members on the roadside, communicate clearly, and maintain composure in busy or challenging situations.
* Use diagnostic tools and equipment provided to you to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.
What you’ll need
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
