Overview
This role is flexible on location and can be based out of our London, Coventry or Manchester SSC.
About the Role
You will lead the delivery of finance workstreams across major transformation initiatives, focusing on the Order to Cash lifecycle. With solution design largely agreed, your day‑to‑day will centre on overseeing build activity, supporting testing phases, managing cutover and go‑live, and ensuring effective stabilisation post‑implementation. You will act as the primary finance interface for technology and change teams, ensuring accounting, control and regulatory requirements are fully embedded within new systems and processes. You will design future‑state finance processes, document controls and accounting treatments, identify risks early and support the transition into business‑as‑usual.
Responsibilities
You will bring demonstratable experience working across finance, technology and wider business teams, and operate confidently in complex change environments. You will partner with senior stakeholders, influence and challenge, provide clear financial insight for decision making, translate technical finance and accounting requirements into clear processes for non‑finance colleagues, and identify and manage financial and operational risks while maintaining alignment with group policy and regulatory standards.
