Administration Support - Person Centred Planning (PCP)
37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
The Governing Body of Ysgol St Christopher's School is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Administration Team in a role supporting Person Centred Planning (PCP) meetings and wider administrative processes. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to produce accurate, high‑quality minutes, particularly when supporting PCP meetings. Training will be provided to develop knowledge of in‑house ICT systems.
You will work alongside the current Administration Team, assisting with the PCP process and undertaking other administrative duties appropriate to the role. The role requires someone who is adaptable, well organised and an effective communicator. You will be expected to build and maintain positive professional relationships with families and carers, Local Authority personnel, and a range of external professionals.
The role involves working closely with a dedicated whole‑school team, including members of the Senior Leadership Team. Previous experience in a similar administrative role, or experience of working within a school environment, would be advantageous.
