Business Manager - Zachary Daniels | Recruiting in Marketing, Ecommerce & Creative
Head of Ecommerce | FMCG/ Consumer Brand | North West (Hybrid) | Salary circa £80,000-£85,000 + Benefits
Zachary Daniels are proud to be exclusively partnering with a leading brand to recruit a talented and commercially focused Head of Ecommerce. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that champions innovation, wellbeing, and growth and to be part of the senior leadership team shaping the company's digital future.
The business is looking for a dynamic and experienced ecommerce leader with a strong commercial track record, strategic vision, and a passion for customer experience. You'll play a key role in delivering ecommerce growth, leading digital initiatives, and driving performance across UK & Ireland. This hybrid role is based within a commutable distance to High Peak area/ Derbyshire, with 2 core days per week in the office and occasional travel across the UK and Europe.

The role as Head of Ecommerce:
* Develop and deliver the ecommerce strategy across UK & Ireland
* Lead ecommerce performance and achieve key commercial KPIs (AOP, conversion, traffic, basket size)
* Champion continuous optimisation across UX, functionality and digital experience
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, customer service) and external partners
* Oversee digital operations including inventory, promotions and customer journey
* Contribute to UK&I leadership team with a focus on innovation and people-first culture
The candidate will have/be:
* At least 5 years in senior ecommerce, ideally within health, wellness or FMCG
* Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering ecommerce growth
* Proficient in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools and digital marketing strategies
* Passionate about health and wellbeing, and highly customer-centric
* A great communicator, highly collaborative, and confident in driving change
