The company’s mission is to make children’s autism and ADHD assessments and care available on the NHS within four weeks of a GP referral, redesigning care pathways and building new software and AI tools to improve access for families.
Location & Working Arrangements
Hybrid: three days per week in our London office and two days from home. Full‑time.

Mark Jenkins, CEO.
Role & Responsibilities
 * Line‑manage, support and develop senior clinicians in the Clinical Quality Team.
 * Define, communicate and monitor team priorities to ensure objectives are agreed and achieved.
 * Drive process improvement and innovation within the team, including the implementation of new software tools.
 * Maintain robust clinical governance: track adherence to requirements, identify trends, implement improvements and lead preparation for CQC inspections.
 * Collaborate with Product, Delivery and People teams to ensure all clinicians complete required activities.
 * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the clinical team.
Qualifications & Experience
 * At least 2 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 1 year of line‑management experience in a high‑growth commercial environment.
 * Demonstrable track record of process improvement and innovation that delivered results on deadlines.
 * Experience working alongside clinicians in a healthcare setting.
 * Knowledge of regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment and experience with project‑management software tools.
 * Project‑management qualification or training.
 * Strong organisational, leadership, communication, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
