Account Executive – ESG FinTech

A mission-driven ESG and FinTech company is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to support its ambitious growth across Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a strong interest in sustainability, technology, and financial innovation. You’ll be part of a high-impact, international team working to accelerate the transition to a greener, fairer economy.
The role offers broad exposure to business development strategy, product feedback, and market expansion — all while working in a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying new opportunities and delivering product demos to negotiating contracts and closing deals (including renewals).
* Take ownership of territory and pipeline management to meet assigned sales targets.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to contribute to product development based on client feedback.
* Drive business development initiatives including local events, roadshows, and targeted campaigns.
* Create and support the development of marketing materials to drive sales growth and client engagement.
Experience & Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
* Strong understanding or interest in ESG and sustainable finance.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
* Comfortable in a dynamic environment where you may need to adapt to shifting priorities.
