The Role


We are seeking a talented Digital Account Manager to join our Client Partner team, working across high-profile accounts in dynamic sectors such as Film & Entertainment, Retail and Financial Services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital media, campaign planning, and client management, looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Specification


We are looking for someone who can push us further and never be satisfied.


* Campaign Planning & Strategy: Lead digital planning for key client campaigns, translating strategies into actionable plans across multiple channels.


* Client Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their objectives are met.


* Briefing & Coordination: Brief and coordinate specialist teams for each media channel, ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery.


* Innovation & Testing: Work with Account Director to drive innovation, test new approaches, and keep clients updated on the latest trends and opportunities.


* Collaboration: Work closely with internal buying, activation teams, and external partners to deliver engaging work and drive a progressive media agenda.


* Mentoring: Coach and mentor junior team members, delegating tasks and supporting their development.


* Multi-tasking & Prioritisation: Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and a positive, approachable attitude.


* Reporting & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, financials, reporting, and competitor analysis, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and adapting quickly to client requests.
