Quality Assurance Specialist - Customer Operations
Location: On-site in Milton Keynes (Monday-Friday, 9-5)
Pay: £14.53 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (until 31st December 2025, with real potential to extend into 2026)
Responsibilities
* Review customer journeys across New Business, Customer Services, Collections, and Resolutions.
* Provide oversight to ensure adherence to regulations and internal quality standards.
* Analyse data and interactions to spot risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
* Work closely with internal teams and outsourced partners to drive quality.
* Deliver constructive feedback and support calibrations to align QA frameworks.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a QA or compliance role within a regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and quality frameworks.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with experience using Excel and reporting tools.
* A proactive, driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
