Production of Bagels, including scaling, mixing and shaping to standard, along with Baking to specification.
Clean as you Go
Responsible for daily set up including all Health, Safety and Compliance documents completed to standard.
Responsible for daily close down including all cleaning tasks completed to standard.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation and baking activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and bakery area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Desirable
- Previous experience in a bakery is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Passion for baking and creating high-quality products
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and early mornings.
