Are you a Land Charges Officer looking for a promotion or a Senior Land Charges Officer looking to relocate to the lovely Southwest of England?
We are seeking a Senior Land Charges Officer. This is a key role which ensures people can buy property across our district, we can protect buildings of significant importance, and we can achieve our vision of making Teignbridge a healthy and desirable place to live, work and visit.
*Whilst this role is full-time, we will consider applicants looking for compressed work patterns or slightly less than full-time hours.
We do things well and keep developing.
The Land Charges team have improved processes over the last few years and are transferring some tasks as part of a Government project to HM Land Registry.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience of land charges work.
* Experience of working in a technical or administrative role with responsibility for own workload.
* Supervisory experience
* Good digital skills.
* Clear communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
