* Responding to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients
* Liaising with internal teams and subcontractors
* Delivering first‑class customer service
* Using your communication skills to resolve queries efficiently

Qualifications & Training
* GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
* Level 3 NVQ in a relevant subject
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 12 months in a customer‑facing role
* Understanding of Helpdesk operations
* Strong customer service and keyboard skills
