Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain comprehensive accounting records across multiple projects and accounts
2. Prepare detailed internal and external budgets for new projects in collaboration with the bid writing team
3. Conduct regular budget reviews and variance analysis
4. Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting
5. Identify and address potential budget over/underspends
6. Analyse financial risks and variances, recommending practical solutions
7. Revise budgets considering multiple scenarios and external factors
8. Process purchase and sales invoices, bank charges, and reconciliations
9. Prepare and post journal entries
10. Prepare and submit VAT returns

12. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy under pressure
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
14. Strong organisational abilities with capacity to work independently
