As part of their dedicated People Services team, you'll be working closely with managers and employees to deliver confident, compassionate, and commercially-sound ER advice.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering people-centred, resolution-focused ER advice to managers across the business
Supporting and upskilling line managers on a range of employee relations issues
Leading on investigations, hearings, and formal processes including restructures, redundancies and TUPE
Acting as the first point of contact for technical HR queries and escalating high-risk situations appropriately
Supporting wider HR projects focused on culture, policy, and continuous improvement
Staying on top of employment law changes and helping shape ER processes accordingly
What we're looking for:
Experience working at HR Advisor level (or similar) with solid ER knowledge
A good understanding of employment law and how it applies in practice
