Key Responsibilities
* Deputise for the Head of MEH Project Office as required, relating to programme oversight, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and coordination.
* Support the leadership and daily management of the MEH Project Office, ensuring consistent ways of working and effective integration across the programme.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
* Provide high-quality stakeholder management support, including preparation of Board papers, executive presentations, briefing materials for senior leaders and shareholders.
* Plan, coordinate and support executive visits, programme reviews, and senior-level engagements.
Programme Management & Governance
* Maintain & keep up to date the MEH PgDD.
* Ensure effective compliance with governance processes, programme controls, and assurance requirements across the MEH Programme.
* Drive the successful implementation of the MEH’s Digital systems.
* Oversee MEH’s compliance with overarching company requirements.
* Undertake MEH compliance activities.
Key Deliverables
* Maintaining & Updating the MEH PgDD.
* Inputs to Board Papers and executive presentations.
* Pulse report updates.
* Improvement plans & action trackers.
Key Requirements
* HNC or relevant experience.
* Project management qualification (e.g. APMP, CMI, Prince 1/2).
* CCNSG safety Passport / HS&E MAPS.
