Responsibilities
Operational
* Provide technical knowledge, support, and guidance to colleagues and clients
* Advise on electrical installations during daily activities and out‑of‑hours service
* Build strong relationships with teams, clients, and consultants
* Liaise with NICEIC to ensure compliance with enrolment requirements
* Collaborate with the supply chain to maximise social value delivery (work experience, apprenticeships, volunteering, funding support)
Commercial
* Procure sub‑contractors at competitive rates
* Apply knowledge of National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates
* Increase output and commercial return without compromising quality or safety
Health & Safety
* Ensure all site works are carried out safely
* Promote a positive health and safety culture
* Maintain zero tolerance for health and safety non‑conformities
* Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
Requirements
* Electrical supervision experience
* Repairs and maintenance expertise
* Electrical installations knowledge
* Strong electrical problem‑solving skills
