The role is varied and fast-paced, providing key administrative support across all areas of the business — from general office coordination to project documentation and supplier liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and office support
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
Assist with project coordination and scheduling
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients
Support procurement, invoicing, and internal reporting
Maintain databases and ensure accurate record-keepingSkills & Experience:
Previous administration experience in a technical, construction, or marine environment preferred
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
