Company Overview
You will be joining a very well-established and prestigious Insurance business as their Senior Digital Marketing Manager on an initial 12-18 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for one Senior Marketing Officer and one Marketing & Communications Officer, and you will report directly into the Corporate Director. Based in their very modern and luxurious City of London office 3 days a week, you will have the opportunity to work from home for the remaining two days.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activities, delivering key digital marketing initiatives (including the support of a full website redevelopment), refining the firms email marketing strategy, starting a clear reporting process, defining clear KPIs for digital channels/CRM usage/email performance/website engagement, supporting data-led decision-making across the team and leading a high-performing marketing team of two. You will oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of all core marketing activities including events, publications, PR and Media and internal communication. You will maintain open communication with the CEO and senior leadership team to align marketing plans with the overall business strategy, keep key stakeholders updated/informed on project progress and performance and support broader business initiatives through integrated marketing planning and delivery.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess senior marketing experience, particularly with a strong digital focus, have proven success leading website and CRM (preferably HubSpot projects), have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms/strategies and be comfortable defining KPIs and implementing reporting processes across campaigns and platforms. Senior Marketing experience in an Insurance or Financial/Professional Services environment is desirable but not essential. You will be a strong collaborator with experience working across teams, be a confident team leader with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will manage multiple priorities at one time. You will have an outstanding work ethic and be a proactive, engaging and enthusiastic individual with meticulous attention to detail.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £78,000 + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be joining a highly regarded and prestigious Insurance business on an initial fixed term contract basis, but given the company's impressive growth plans, there could be an opportunity for the contract to be extended or for another permanent position. You will be part of a high-performing, welcoming and supportive team who will be there to assist with your continued learning and development. You will have flexible hybrid working options, with the chance to work from home two days a week. When you are based in their modern London office, you will be located in a fantastic area of the City, close to multiple transport links and top attractions.
