As a Head Chef, you will manage the kitchen team to cook and serve nutritious, healthy meals that our Residents will love. You'll provide great choices, considering cultural preferences and dietary requirements. Whether managing food stock, optimizing your budget, or liaising with support teams on nutrition standards, your focus will always be on Resident wellbeing.
HC-One is looking for a Head Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate, and understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Beyond qualifications, we value your positive energy, ability to get along with people, organization skills, and knack for following recipes. You should communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
