Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)
Salary: £29,250 Total Salary + Overtime
As a Case Cleaning Team Leader in a supermarket setting, you manage a team of technicians responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling refrigeration units. You provide training, ensure safe chemical use, oversee stock management, and coordinate tasks to maintain high standards and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Demerchandising & remerchandising of refrigeration units.
* Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.
* Ensure maintenance schedules are completed on time.
* Support achievement of company KPIs.
* Create remedial reports for PPMs and notify the Ops Lead.
* Maintain quality standards in collaboration with colleagues.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience in cleaning or maintenance within retail is essential.
* Experience supervising small teams is essential.
* Full driving license is essential.
