We are looking for tutors who can build rapport with students, assess their levels, and identify areas needing support. TP Tutors use a reporting platform called LEAP for logging attendance, lesson objectives, summaries, and assessments.
The Role:
* Provide expert tutoring in GCSE subjects (English, Maths, Science, and more)
* Offer tailored support based on individual student needs
* Help students develop revision techniques, exam strategies, and confidence
* Deliver one-on-one and small group sessions focused on exam success
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience in a GCSE environment
* Strong knowledge of GCSE curriculum and exam requirements
* Ability to explain complex topics engagingly and accessibly
* Passion for supporting students' potential
* Proactive, patient, and encouraging approach
Referrals are a mix of online and in-person sessions, varying in hours per week.

The London and Home Counties tuition team seeks experienced tutors eager to support local young people.
Referrals include Primary and Secondary pupils with learning gaps, complex needs, awaiting placements, exclusions, or needing additional support.
Most tuition occurs in person at homes, care homes, or public spaces like libraries, but online options are also available. Scheduling is flexible and agreed upon with carers or schools.
Bookings range from 1 to 20 hours weekly, with varying durations.
Ideal qualities include:
* Compassionate and caring, understanding past disruptions or trauma
* Supportive and adaptable to different learning needs
Qualifications and experience:
* At least 2 years teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge, especially in Maths & English
* Experience with SEN and managing challenging behaviour
