We are recruiting flexible and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team, providing care across care homes, nursing homes, and hospital environments. Duties include supporting patients with personal care, mobility, feeding, emotional support, and maintaining dignity at all times while following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
You may also be offered additional responsibilities such as resident escort or patient escort duties, supporting safe transfers and accompanying service users to appointments where required.
Shift Flexibility
We offer full flexibility, allowing staff to choose and manage shifts through our agency app. You can select day, night, weekend, or ad-hoc shifts based on your availability and lifestyle.
Temp-to-Perm Opportunities
We also offer temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable staff where both the worker and placement are happy to progress into a permanent role.
Pay Rates
* PAYE: £12.80 – £13.50 per hour (based on experience)
* Self-employed: £13.80 – £14.50 per hour (based on experience)
Performance-based bonuses may be awarded individually depending on reliability, attendance, and feedback from placements.
