This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday : Friday inline with school hours.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Use formative assessment data, such as questioning and exit tickets, to raise student achievement.
* Scaffold complex scientific resources in real:time to support SEND and EAL learners.
* Maintain a safe and organised laboratory environment following strict safeguarding policies.
* Act as a force for social change by closing the educational gap through high:quality STEM instruction
Preferred skills:
* Strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, or Physics with the ability to simplify complex theories.
* Proven ability to use positive, person:centred interventions to manage classroom dynamics.
* Skills to reinvent curriculum materials and adapt resources for diverse student needs.
* Ability to work effectively with Teaching Assistants and mentor upcoming teaching talent.
* Experience in self:evaluating teaching quality through peer observation and performance tracking.
