Role Overview:
The Site Snagger will be responsible for conducting final inspections on construction and engineering sites, identifying defects, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards before handover. You will work across various sites in the central region and report to the site/project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect completed works to identify snags, defects, or incomplete tasks
* Communicate issues clearly to relevant trades and site supervisors
* Liaise with subcontractors and ensure rectifications are completed promptly
* Maintain detailed snagging reports and follow up on outstanding items
* Assist in preparing sites for client handover
* Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with health and safety regulations
* Travel between sites as required
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card
* IPAF Certification
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential, as travel is required)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous snagging or finishing experience in construction or engineering preferred
