As a Program Manager based in Cardiff, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with global cross‑functional teams, lead agile process improvements, and champion best practices in program management.
Responsibilities
* Ensure execution of specific NPI initiatives (epics) adheres to agreed timelines and budgets.
* Coordinate the initiative from ideation to launch.
* Manage coordination and communication of stakeholders involved, including internal ART dependencies, QA, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Supply Chain, and external contract manufacturers when required.
* Contribute to program management best practices and agile process improvements (LACE initiatives).
* Develop and implement epic‑centric risk management strategies to minimize risks and ensure successful delivery.
* Participate actively in PI planning and PI execution, working with agile teams, ARTs and stakeholders to ensure alignment, expectations and successful program execution.
* Maintain alignment of epic‑centric schedule and facilitate epic‑centric planning meetings.
* Develop and maintain epic dashboards and metrics to track epic progress, performance, and outcomes.
* Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve epic delivery, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement epic‑level communication plans to ensure effective communication and expectations across all stakeholders.
* Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
* Certification in Program Management (PgMP) or Project Management (PMP).
* Experience in a technology‑driven environment.
* Knowledge of industry‑specific regulatory and compliance requirements in areas such as Physical Access Control (PACS), Security, Cloud‑based SaaS, and Biometrics.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
