Food Production Operative – Bristol

We are recruiting a Food Production Operative to join our client’s team. You must be comfortable working with cooked pork and chicken products. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and those eager to learn, with full training provided—making it a great opportunity to start or develop your career in food manufacturing.

Shift Patterns & Pay:
6. Slicing: 05:30–15:00 / 15:00–00:30 (RTE): 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00
7. Slicing 23:00–04:30 – Packing, Hygiene, Goods In, Cold store
8. Pay from to per hour depending on role and shift
What you’ll be doing:
9. Packing finished goods while maintaining quality and hygiene standards
10. Supporting hygiene and cold store duties
11. Following health & safety protocols to keep the workplace safe
12. Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
What we’re looking for:
13. Willingness to work with cooked pork and chicken products
14. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
15. Previous food production experience is a bonus but not essential
16. Commitment to hygiene and safety standards
