At 6 4 G Ltd we provide outsources back office and bookkeeping services to businesses of all sizes, with a particular slant towards credit management. We use cloud based systems such as Xero for bookkeeping and Brightpay for payroll.

-CIS subcontractor verifications
-Payroll
-PAYE returns
-Pension calculations and uploads
-Employee payroll portal access with online payslips/p60's etc
-Invoice finance reconciliations, draw downs and uploads
-Invoices/Quotes creation
-Credit control
-Legal collection via our partner solictor
-Debtor liaison and dispute resolution
-Recruitment contractor self bill creation and end user invoice creation with bespoke on-line timesheet upload system for contractors and sign off by line managers
-Trade credit Insuraance & Policy Management
-Back office geberal admin
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Worthing. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to secure new clients and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, preparing business proposals, and working collaboratively with the operations team.
Qualifications/skills
* Demonstrable Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
* Experience in market research and developing business strategies
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to manage client relationships
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience in the business service/ financial services or technology industry is a must
* Ability to fit in with our small team and build internal relationships too
